The Linear Steel Bench, a creation by Danish designer Thomas Bentzen for Muuto, embodies a modern simplicity rooted in the Nordic design tradition. Crafted entirely from steel, the bench's frame and seat are galvanized and Aluzinc-treated for exceptional durability. You may choose between a weather-resistant, deeply matte, UV-resistant powder coating, or a hot-dip galvanized surface that will gracefully develop a unique patina over time. The clean, straight lines and subtle semi-circular legs lend the bench a light and welcoming presence.
This robust bench is designed for year-round outdoor use, offering versatile placement in your garden or patio. - Care instructions (powder-coated steel): Clean with a damp cloth after use. If necessary, use a mild detergent or dish soap (not concentrated). Always wipe dry with a dry cloth. Liquids, grease, etc. should be removed immediately to minimise the risk of stains and marks. Be careful with the design when handling other hard objects such as tableware and porcelain. Never stack benches and tables on top of each other, as impacts to the surfaces will cause scratches. In case of minor scratches in the paint, contact a local hardware store for advice on suitable outdoor paint products.
- Care instructions (hot-dip galvanised steel): Clean with a damp cloth after use. Moisture can cause white rust on hot-dip galvanised steel.
