The Bash Vessel, designed by Tom Dixon, is a striking example of modern craftsmanship, meticulously formed from a single brass plate. Crafted from matt brass, the vessel’s unlacquered surface invites a natural patina to develop over time as it oxidises, enhancing its inherent beauty and character. Should you prefer to maintain its original finish, a metal polish can be used, though this will alter the product’s initial appearance. For longevity, wash in warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth, avoiding dishwashers, microwaves, and abrasive cleaners. This vessel is designed for dry food only, and any traces of green patina should be removed from food contact surfaces before use.
