The Cover Counter Stool, designed by Thomas Bentzen for Muuto, draws on the rich tradition of Scandinavian furniture craftsmanship, reinterpreted with a contemporary sensibility. It embodies the enduring legacy of Danish design, where each piece is conceived to last through generations, becoming a cherished part of your home's story.
Crafted from form-pressed laminated oak veneer, with a beech veneer core and an oak veneer surface, the stool offers a robust yet visually light construction. Its solid frame and legs are made of solid oak, all treated with a water-based lacquer that subtly enhances the wood's natural grain and texture. A stainless steel footrest ensures durability and protection against wear, while plastic glides safeguard your floors.
This counter stool finds its place beautifully at a kitchen island, a taller desk, or in a more informal, café-like setting. Its comfortable seat height encourages relaxed conversation and lingering moments.
