The Blueprint Chair, designed by Jonas Herman of Herman Studio for Form & Refine, is an archetypal dining chair, conceived with a clear vision of enduring quality. Its robust construction and timeless expression ensure it is built to last for generations, embodying the tradition of cherished furniture passed down through a family.
Crafted from FSC®-certified solid European oak, the chair features a molded veneer seat of bent plywood, providing a comfortable sitting experience. The backrest is steam-bent in one continuous piece, forming an organic shape that highlights its understated elegance. Weighing 5.1 kg with a seat height of 45 cm, it is fitted with 4mm Teflon glides and can be stacked up to five chairs high.
This chair integrates beautifully into any modern home, from the dining area to a study, where it introduces a sense of calm and warmth. Pair it with a solid wood table to cultivate a cohesive Nordic aesthetic, or allow it to stand as an elegant counterpoint to lighter furnishings. - Care instructions: Daily cleaning with a dry cotton cloth. For dirt, use a damp cotton cloth. Avoid scouring pads, synthetic cloths and abrasive cleaning agents. Use only solvent-free cleaning agents and mild soap. Oiled variants are recommended for periodic re-oiling. Oil-soaked cloths must be disposed of in an airtight bag with a little water, as they can be highly flammable.
