The Bit Side Table, designed by Simon Legald for Normann Copenhagen, draws its inspiration from the robust and monumental forms of architectural monoliths. This piece reflects a modern commitment to sustainability, crafted to endure and to be passed down through generations, much like the timeless designs that precede it.

Each table is meticulously crafted from recycled Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE), sourced from industrial and household plastic waste, supplemented with a small proportion of new PE. Utilizing a rotational molding technique, small fragments of plastic are transformed into a single, waterproof form, resulting in its distinctive pixelated surface. This unique process ensures that every Bit Side Table possesses an individual character, with its own subtle variations in color and pattern.
