Save the packaging until the case is closed

It is important that all packaging and the item is stored and not used until the case is finalised.

Shipping claim

IMPORTANT: When you receive your parcel, it is important that you check it for visible damage to the packaging.

If there is visible damage, the carrier MUST make a note of this, otherwise we cannot accept any complaints. If there is damage to the item itself, this must be reported to us via email within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel.

Even if it does not look like shipping damage, you must save the packaging. You cannot make a claim without the packaging.
