Questions about an order from before 27 February 2026?
If your order was placed before 27 February 2026, we unfortunately cannot help you. The previous company behind Byflou has gone bankrupt. The new Byflou (run by KasaSagi ApS) is a completely new company and has no legal access to orders, payments, complaints or customer data from the old company.
Only the trustee at DLA Piper manages the bankruptcy estate and is authorised to handle inquiries regarding old orders.
